生物絮团的饵料替代能力及光合细菌强化对其影响研究

【摘要】 以吉富罗非鱼为研究对象,设置饵料替代0%、10%、20%三个梯度,研究添加葡萄糖替代部分饵料及光合细菌强化絮团对罗非鱼生长及水环境状况的影响,同时采用Biolog-ECO技术,研究养殖水中微生物碳代谢多样性的变化。结果表明:随着饵料替代率的增加,加菌组(光合细菌)和不加菌组水体总氮、总磷等水质因子的浓度均逐渐下降;不加菌组中10%饵料替代对罗非鱼的生长影响不显著,20%饵料替代对其生长开始产生一定影响;加菌组随着饵料替代率的增加,罗非鱼生长受到影响显著并呈线性变化。饵料替代和光合细菌强化均使得养殖水体微生物代谢多样性产生一定影响。

【Abstract】 Chosing the Nile tilapia as the research object, the present study was carried on to determine the effect of glucose addition to replace the fish feed on the growth performance of Nile tilapia and the water parameters of the culture system, using Biolog-ECO technology to study the changes of microbial carbon metabolism diversity in culture water.the experimental group was set up with three gradients of 0%, 10% and 20% about feed replace. The results showed that with the increase of feed replacement rate, the water parameters such as total nitrogen and total phosphorus in deferent groups(with or without photosynthetic bacteria-added) gradually decreased; in 10% of the feed replace of non-bacterial group, there was no significance in growth. Hence, in 20 % group had a certain effect on growth of the fish. In conclusion, the growth of tilapia was significantly affected and linearly by the increase of feed rate. Secondly, both of Both feed substitution and photosynthetic bacteria addition have an impact on the microbial metabolic diversity of aquaculture water.
