饲料中脂肪水平对三倍体虹鳟生长性能、消化能力、抗氧化能力的影响

【摘要】 实验以饲料脂肪水平对三倍体虹鳟(Oncorhynchus mykiss)的生长性能,抗氧化能力和肠道形态的影响进行研究。结果表明随着饲料脂肪水平的增加,最终体重和SGR逐渐增加,并且在6号饲料处理中达到最大值。随着膳食脂肪水平增加至14.8和19.5,CF和VSI分别显着增加(P <0.05)然后稳定(P> 0.05)。对于全身组成,粗蛋白含量无显着差异(P>0.05)。随着脂肪含量的增加,水分和粗脂肪含量分别显着下降和增加。随着脂肪含量的增加,幽门盲肠中蛋白酶活性显着升高后降低,且在5号饲料处理中观察到最高值,而胃中蛋白酶活性先升高(P<0.05),然后达到平稳期(P>0.05)。所有处理组中肠道蛋白酶活性无显着差异(P> 0.05)。幽门盲肠脂肪酶和肠道淀粉酶活性逐渐增加并达到最大水平,而幽门盲肠中肠脂肪酶和淀粉酶活性分别增加至饮食4和饮食3处理(P <0.05),然后保持一致的水平(P> 0.05)。随着饲料脂肪水平的增加,血浆中MDA和T-AOC的含量分别显着增加和减少。随着饲料脂肪含量升高显着增加了基底膜厚度和杯状细胞的密度(P <0.05)。

【Abstract】 A growth trial was conducted to evaluate the effects of dietary lipid levels on the growth performance, anti-oxidative capacity and intestinal morphology of triploid rainbow trout(Oncorhynchus mykiss).The final weight and SGR gradually increased with increasing of dietary lipid levels and reach its maximum in diet 6 treatment.As the increasing of dietary lipid levels up to 14.8 and 19.5, CF and VSI significantly increased(P < 0.05) and then plateaued(P > 0.05).For whole-body compositions, there were no significant difference in the contents of crude protein(P>0.05). With the increasing levels of dietary lipid, the content of moisture and crude lipid were significantly decreased and increased. With the increasing levels of dietary lipid, protease activity in pyloric caeca significantly increased and then decreased with highest value observed in Diet 5 treatment, while the activity of protease in stomach gradually increased first(P < 0.05) and then plateaued(P >0.05). There was no significant difference of intestinal protease activity among all the treatment(P > 0.05).Activities of lipase in pyloric caeca and amylase in intestine gradually increased and reach its maximum level in Diet 6 treatment, while activities of intestinal lipase and amylase in pyloric caeca increased first up to Diet 4 and Diet 3 treatment(P < 0.05), respectively, and then keep a consistent level thereafter(P > 0.05)).The content of MDA and T-AOC in plasma significantly increased and decreased with increasing level of dietary lipid. Increased dietary lipid levels significantly increased the basement membrane thickness and the density of goblet cells(P<0.05).
