饲料蛋白质水平对三倍体虹鳟低氧应激的影响

【摘要】 为了研究饲料蛋白质水平对三倍体虹鳟低氧应激的影响,本实验采用双因素(2×3)实验设计,研究不同饲料蛋白质水平(36.4%、43.3%、52.4%)与低氧应激处理(应激组和正常组)对三倍体虹鳟抗氧化能力和血液生化指标的影响。结果表明:低氧应激后三倍体虹鳟血浆和肝脏丙二醛(MDA)含量、血浆谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、葡萄糖(GLU)、总胆固醇(TCHO)、甘油三酯(TG)含量显著上升(P<0.05),而肌肉MDA含量、血浆和肝脏总抗氧化力(T-AOC)显著下降(P<0.05);低蛋白水平饲料处理组(36.4%)三倍体虹鳟肝脏和肌肉中具有较高的T-AOC,血浆中ALT、AST、GLU、TCHO含量显著高于其他组(P<0.05)。应激处理和饲料蛋白质水平对三倍体虹鳟的影响有交互作用,低蛋白水平饲料处理组在低氧应激后肝脏T-AOC下降,血浆中ALT和AST升高(P<0.05);而43.3%蛋白水平饲料处理组在低氧应激后血浆T-AOC显著提高(P<0.05)。综上所述:低氧应激对三倍体虹鳟抗氧化能力和血液生化指标具有显著影响,适宜的饲料蛋白水平能提高三倍体虹鳟抗应激能力。

【Abstract】 To investigate the effect of dietary protein levels on hypoxic stress in triploid rainbow trout, a 2×3 factorial experiment was conducted to study the effects of different dietary protein levels(36.4%, 43.3%, 52.4%)and hypoxia stress treatment(stress group and normal group) on the antioxidant capacity and blood biochemical parameters of triploid rainbow trout. Results showed that malondialdehyde(MDA) contents in plasma and liver, plasma alanine aminotransferase(ALT), aspartate aminotransferase(AST), glucose(GLU), total cholesterol(TCHO), triglycerides(TG) significantly increased after hypoxic stress(P<0.05), while muscle MDA content, plasma and total anti-oxidative capacity(T-AOC) decreased significantly(P<0.05); Fish fed diets with low dietary protein levels(36.4%) had higher T-AOC in the liver and muscle of triploid rainbow trout, plasma ALT, AST, GLU, TCHO was significantly higher than other groups(P<0.05). Stress treatment and dietary protein levels have an interaction with the effects of triploid rainbow trout,. In the low protein level diet group, liver T-AOC decreased and plasma ALT and AST increased after hypoxic stress(P<0.05); While fish fed diet with 43.3% dietary protein level had higher T-AOC in plasma after hypoxic stress(P<0.05). In summary, hypoxia stress has a significant effect on the anti-oxidative capacity and blood biochemical parameters of triploid rainbow trout. Optimal dietary protein level can improve the anti-stress ability of triploid rainbow trout.
