日粮中血粉替代鱼粉对草鱼生长和肌肉氨基酸组成的影响

【摘要】 在草鱼日粮中用不同比例的血粉替代鱼粉,饲养过后对草鱼的生长指标及肌肉营养进行分析,从而评估日粮中血粉替代鱼粉对草鱼生长及肌肉氨基酸组成的影响。实验的草鱼共360尾,随机分为4组,每组设3个重复,每个重复30尾鱼。对照组饲料配方中含12%的鱼粉,实验组1、实验组2和实验组3的饲料配方中分别用血粉替代25%、50%和75%的鱼粉,养殖周期为64天。综合分析表明,血粉代替草鱼日粮中鱼粉的量在25%时,可以获得较好的效果,可以为改进草鱼饲料配方提供理论参考。

【Abstract】 This experiment was studied the replacement of fish meal with different proportions of blood meal in the grass carp diet. After raising, the growth and muscle nutrition of grass carp were analyzed to assess the effect of blood meal replacement fish meal on the growth and muscle amino acid composition of grass carp. A total of 360 grass carp were randomly divided into 4 groups with 3 replicates in each group and 30 fish in each replicate.12% of the fish meal was contained in the control group feed formulation. In the feed formulation of experimental group 1, experimental group 2 and experimental group 3, blood meal was used to replace 25%、50% and 75% of fish meal, the breeding period was 64 days. Comprehensive analysis shows that when blood meal replaces 25% of fish meal in the diet, good results can be obtained, which can provide a theoretical reference for improving the feed formulation of grass carp.
