不同脂肪源对卵形鲳鲹生长、脂肪酸组成和血清生理的影响

【摘要】 本实验选用初始体重82.85±2.36 g的卵形鲳鲹640尾,饲养8周。配制了8种饲料,分别添加鱼油(FO)、磷虾油(KO)、豆油(SO)、玉米油(SO)、1:1 FO-SO、1:1 FO-CO、1:1 KO-SO和1:1 KO-CO作为主要的脂肪源。结果显示FO, KO, 1:1 FO-CO和1:1 KO-CO组特定生长率显著高于其他组(P<0.05),且1:1FO-CO组饲料系数显著低于其他组(P<0.05)。卵形鲳鲹肌肉中脂肪酸组成直接受饲料中脂肪酸组成的影响,摄食FO和KO组的鱼肌肉中显示出较高的n-3多不饱和脂肪酸。不同脂肪源对卵形鲳鲹血清指标具有显著影响,摄食FO组的鱼体血清中显示出较高的丙二醛和谷丙转氨酶活性,而KO组中显示出较低的丙二醛活性(P<0.05)。因此,我们可以得出结论,KO、1:1 FO-CO和FO对卵形鲳鲹具有较好的促进作用。
【Abstract】 In this study, an 8 week trial was conducted with golden pompano(mean weight was 82.85±2.36 g). Eight diets were supplemented with 8 lipid sources, including fish oil(FO), krill oil(KO), soybean oil(SO), corn oil(CO), 1:1 FO-SO, 1:1 FO-CO, 1:1 KO-SO and 1:1 KO-CO. The results showed that golden pompano fed FO, KO, 1:1 FO-CO and 1:1 KO-CO diets had significantly higher SGR than other diets(P < 0.05), and 1:1 KO-CO had the lowest FCR(P < 0.05). The muscle fatty acid compositions were closely correlated with the lipid diets, and n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids were abundant in fish fed FO and KO diets. Serum biochemistry was affected significantly by the lipid sources. Serum MDA and ALT in FO diet had higher activity, and the fish fed KO diet had significantly lower MDA activity than other diets(P < 0.05). Accordingly, we could conclude that KO and 1:1 KO-CO provided a better promotion in golden pompano as similar to that of FO.
