大蒜粉对花鲈诱食生长、非特异性免疫及消化酶活性的影响
Effects of garlic powder on attractant activity, growth performance, non-specific immunity and digestive enzyme activity of Lateolabrax japonicus

【摘要】 本试验以水产经济鱼种花鲈(Lateolabrax japonicus)为研究对象,研究中草药大蒜粉对花鲈的诱食生长、非特异性免疫酶以及肠道消化酶活性的影响。选用平均体重为(29.82±0.24)g,体长为(13.33±0.12) cm的花鲈,用大蒜粉匀浆液制成6种饵料球(梯度:0、0.5%、1%、1.5%、2%、2.5%)开展诱食试验;在基础饲料中分别添加同等梯度的大蒜粉粉剂,用于开展养殖实验,投喂28d。结果表明:1诱食试验结果显示,大蒜粉对花鲈有显著诱食效果,且最强浓度在0.5%-1%之间;2养殖试验结果显示,添加剂量为1%的大蒜粉显著降低了花鲈的饵料系数(P<0.05),且为各组中最低,同比对照组降低了12.5%;将1.5%的大蒜粉加入到基础饲料中,显著提高了花鲈的T-SOD活性和TP含量(P<0.05),1%的大蒜粉显著升高花鲈血清中LZM活性(P<0.05);从大蒜粉对花鲈肠道消化酶活性影响的结果来看,添加剂量为1%的大蒜粉试验组花鲈肠道胰蛋白酶、淀粉酶以及脂肪酶活性为各组中最高,且与对照组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。综合考虑,认为大蒜粉作用于花鲈的适宜添加量为1%左右。
【Abstract】 In order to do a research about the effect of herb medicine garlic powder on attractant activity, growth performance, non-specific immunity in the serum and digestive enzymes in the gut of Lateolabrax japonicus, the fish average weight(29.82±0.24)g, length(13.33±0.12) cm were chosen. Six concentration gradients(0、0.5%、1%、1.5%、2%、2.5%) were designed for attractant experiment and feeding experiment. The results showed that 0.5% and 1% of addition had a striking attractant effect, 1% of addition can reduce the feed coefficient(P<0.05) and was minimum in all groups, decreased by 12.5% compared with the control group; 1.5% garlic powder adding into basic diet significantly improved the fish T-SOD and TP(P<0.05). and the serum LZM activity was significantly enhanced at 1% addition(P<0.05). Results seen from garlic powder effect on digestive enzyme activities in intestine indicated that intestinal trypsin amylase and lipase activity was highest at 1% additive dosage(P<0.05). Over all, the suitable additive dosage for garlic powder was about 1% concentration.
