饲粮添加外源核苷酸对草鱼生长性能及血液抗氧化指标的影响

【摘要】 本试验旨在研究外源核苷酸对草鱼生长性能及血液抗氧化指标的影响。选取初始体重为10.79±0.25 g的健康草鱼720尾,随机分为6个处理组,分别饲喂在基础饲粮中添加0%、0.015%、0.03%、0.06%、0.12%、0.18%核苷酸的饲粮。每处理组设4个重复,每个重复30尾鱼,养殖试验为期60d。试验结果表明:1)饲粮添加外源核苷酸对草鱼的增重率、特定生长率和脏体比均无显著性影响(P>0.05);2)饲粮中添加外源核苷酸对草鱼机体的水分、粗蛋白质和粗脂肪含量无显著性影响(P>0.05);3)饲粮中添加核苷酸显著降低草鱼血清中MDA含量(P<0.05)、显著增加草鱼血清中总抗氧化力(T-AOC)含量(P<0.05)和总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)活性(P<0.05)。即饲粮中添加外源核苷酸对草鱼生长性能和机体养分含量无显著性影响,显著提高草鱼的抗氧化能力,推荐其适宜添加量为0.03%。
【Abstract】 This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of exogenous nucleotides on growth performance and blood antioxidant index of grass carp(Ctenopharyngodon idellus). 720 healthy grass carps with an initial weight of 10.79 plus or minus 0.25 g were selected and randomly allocated to 6 groups with 4 replicates per group and 30 grass carps per replicate. In addition, 0 %, 0.015 %, 0.03 %, 0.06 %, 0.12 % and 0.18 % of mixed nucleotides were added to the basic diet, the test period was 60 days. It turned out that: 1) There was no significant difference between the weight gain rate、specific growth rate and viscera ratio of grass carp in the diet supplemented with exogenous nucleotides(P>0.05); 2) The addition of exogenous nucleotides in the diet had no significant difference in water, crude protein and crude fat of grass carps(P>0.05); 3) The addition of nucleotides in the diet significantly decreased MDA content in grass carp serum(P < 0.05), significantly increased total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)(P < 0.05) and total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD) activity in grass carp serum(P < 0.05).In other words, the addition of exogenous nucleotides in the diet had no significant effect on the growth performance and nutrient content of grass carp, but significantly improved the antioxidant capacity of grass carp.So It is recommended to add 0.03 % mixed nucleotides to the basic diet.
