池塘水蕹菜与黄颡鱼共生养殖技术研究

【摘要】 本研究采用在池塘中黄颡鱼与水蕹菜复合养殖模式,其中本实验利用自主设计的单体种菜浮基模拟出水蕹菜在田间的生长状态,养殖池塘每口面积约225m2,设实验组和对照组,各有三个平行组,水面浮植水蕹菜占比15%。养殖实验时间37d。结果表明:(1)养殖水体氨氮、硝酸氮、亚硝酸氮、总氮、总磷最大去除率分别达到86.73%、68.42%、78.31%、79.46%、75.36%。(2)实验组黄颡鱼血清MDA、CAT、ACP、AKP、SOD值均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);黄颡鱼肾脏的MDA、CAT、ACP、AKP值活力显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。(3)实验组水蕹菜由栽种初期长度15.23±0.06cm到实验后期47±0.63cm,其生长率达到202.72±0.039%。综上,在池塘水蕹菜净化养殖水体模式下,黄颡鱼养殖水体水质得到明显改善,黄颡鱼机体健康水平高,浮植水蕹菜长势良好,因而这种复合共生养殖模式具有很好推广应用前景。

【Abstract】 the compound culture model of Pseudobagrus fulvidraco and Ipomoea aquatica was adopted in the pond. The growth state of Ipomoea aquatica in the field was simulated by using the floating base of the single plant designed independently. The area of each pond was about 225 m2.There were both three parallel groups in the experimental group and the control group.The cover of Ipomoea aquatica planted on the water surface was about 33.75 m2.The experiment lasted for 37 days. The results are as followed:(1) the maximum removal rates of ammonia nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen, nitrite nitrogen and total phosphorus in the cultured water were 86.73 and 68.42 and 79.46%respectively.(2)The serum MDA,CAT,ACP,AKP,SOD values of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The MDA,CAT,ACP,AKP activity of the kidney of Pelteobagrus fulvidraco was apparently higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).(3)The experimental group was significantly better than the control group in the length of 15.23±0.63 cm from the initial planting stage to 47±0.63 cm in the later stage, and the growth rate was 202.72±0.039 cm. Based on results above,we draw a conclusion that the quality of water body is obviously improved under the purification of Ipomoea aquatica, the body health level of Pelteobagrus fulvidraco increases, and the floating Ipomoea aquatica is growing well. Consequently, this compound symbiotic breeding model has a good prospect of popularization and application.
