长茎葡萄蕨藻富硒条件研究

【摘要】 为了培养出高附加值的富硒长茎葡萄蕨藻(Caulerpa lentillifera),本实验以亚硒酸钠(Na2SeO3)为硒源,研究了不同硒浓度对长茎葡萄蕨藻的生长、光合色素和硒富集量的影响,并设计正交实验确定适宜长茎葡萄蕨藻富硒的最佳温度、光照和N/P比。结果表明:1)随着硒浓度的增加,藻体内硒的富集量显著性增加(P<0.05);当硒浓度大于2 mg/L时,显著抑制藻体的生长(P<0.05);因此,2 mg/L的亚硒酸钠适合培养富硒长茎葡萄蕨藻。2)长茎葡萄蕨藻生长和富硒的最适温度范围为24~28℃,最适光照范围为2000~6000 lx,最适N/P比范围为5:1~10:1,其中温度24℃、照度2000 lx、N/P比8:1是培养富硒长茎葡萄蕨藻的最优组合条件。

【Abstract】 In order to cultivate selenium-rich Caulerpa lentillifera, this experiment used sodium selenite(Na2SeO3) as the source of selenium, studyded different selenium concentrations on the growth, photosynthetic pigment and selenium concentration of C. lentillifera, and the optimum temperature, light and N/P ratio were determined by orthogonal experimental design. The results showed that: 1) with the increase of selenium concentration, the enrichment of selenium in algae increased significantly(P < 0.05). When selenium concentration was higher than 2 mg/L, the growth of algae was significantly inhibited(P < 0.05). Therefore, 2 mg/L was the most suitable for cultivation. 2) The optimum temperature range for the growth and selenium enrichment of C. lentillifera was 24 ~ 28 °C, the optimum illumination was 2000~ 6000 lx, and the optimum N/P ratio was 5:1~10:1, of which the temperature was 24 °C, the illumination was 2000 lx and the N/P ratio of 8:1 was the optimal combination condition for cultivating C. lentillifera.
