母源免疫处理草鱼子代5种免疫因子的变化特点

【摘要】 为探究母源免疫处理草鱼子代中免疫因子的变化特点,本实验利用GCRV弱毒疫苗和黄芪多糖(APS)饲料免疫草鱼母本,检测其子代早期发育阶段5种免疫因子(IgM、LSZ、C3、MBL和Bf)的蛋白活性水平。结果显示,子代早期发育阶段中一针组的IgM、LSZ、C3和Bf的浓度均在乌仔(15d)达到最大值,分别为对照组的1.45倍、1.07倍、1.15倍和1.50倍;两针组的C3、MBL和Bf均在原肠胚期达到最大值,分别为对照组的1.35倍、1.05倍和1.29倍;APS组C3、LSZ、MBL和Bf均在器官形成期(24h)达到最大值,分别为对照组的1.41倍、1.15倍、1.09倍和1.04倍。实验组5种免疫因子的都呈先下降后上升的趋势,而对照组的Ig M、LSZ、MBL和Bf呈不断下降的趋势。本实验初步证实了母源处理可提高子代免疫因子的蛋白活性水平,后续将继续跟踪检测夏花、秋片、冬片和春片中5种免疫因子的蛋白活性水平,为草鱼母源免疫的研究提供一定的依据。
【Abstract】 In order to explore the change characteristics of immune factors in the progeny of grass carps treated by maternal immune system, in this study, the protein activity level of 5 immune factors(IgM, LSZ, C3, MBL and Bf) in the early progeny of grass carps was detected by using GCRV attenuated vaccine and feeding with astragalus polysaccharide(APS). The results showed that the concentrations of IgM, LSZ, C3 and Bf reached the maximum value at 15 d, respectively 1.45 times, 1.07 times, 1.15 times and 1.50 times of the control group.C3, MBL and Bf in the two-needle group reached the maximum in the gastrula stage, respectively 1.35, 1.05 and 1.29 times in the control group.C3, LSZ, MBL and Bf in the APS group all reached the maximum value in the organoplasty(24 h) period, respectively 1.41 times, 1.15 times, 1.09 times and 1.04 times of the control group. In the experimental group, all five immune factors showed a tendency of first decline and then rise, while in the control group, IgM, LSZ, MBL and Bf showed a tendency of continuous decline. This experiment preliminarily confirmed that maternal treatment can improve the protein activity level of progeny immune factors, and the protein activity level of five immune factors of summer flowers, autumn tablets, winter tablets and spring tablets will be tracked in the future to provide certain basis for the study of grass carps maternal immunity.
