波纹管液压成形工艺参数对波纹管减薄率的影响

【摘要】 通过波纹管液压成形过程数值模拟,分析了加载路径和厚向异性系数对波纹管成形减薄率的影响。比较了台阶形、双线性、单线性和二次曲线等四种轴向进给位移路径对波纹管减薄率的影响,结果表明台阶形和二次曲线路径减薄率较大,单线性路径减薄率次之,双线性路径的减薄率最小。采用先升压后保压的梯度加压曲线,波纹管厚度减薄率随着成形压力的升高而增大。但如果成形压力过低,会因成形压力与轴向进给之间匹配不合理,导致波峰处出现明显皱折的现象。

【Abstract】 based on the numerical simulation of hydroforming process,the effects of loading paths and coefficient of thickness anisotropy on the thickness reduction ratio of bellows are analyzed.Four kinds of loading paths of axial feed displacement are compared:step path,bilinear path,single linear path and two curve path,the results showed that the thickness reduction ratio of step path and two curve path are the larger than the that of single linear path,and the thickness reduction ratio of bilinear path is smaller than the single linear path.When the gradient pressure curve of first boosting and then maintaining is adopted,the thickness reduction ratio increased with the deforming pressure.However,if the deforming pressure is too low,the obvious fold phenomenon will appeared at the peak due to the mismatch between deforming pressure and axial feed.
