反应堆压力容器内环形件焊接残余应力数值模拟

【摘要】 针对反应堆压力容器内环形件的焊接过程进行了有限元计算,分析了结构焊后残余应力分布。与三维模型计算结果比较,发现二维轴对称模型可以很好地反映残余应力分布情况,且能够大大提高计算效率。经热处理后,残余应力可以得到有效消除,且中间热处理对于结构最终的应力状态无明显影响。计算结果表明,在一定范围内焊道集中方法可以兼顾计算精度和效率。

【Abstract】 The welding process of the inner ring of nuclear reactor pressure vessel was performed by finite element simulation and the distribution of welding residual stress was investigated.Compared with the 3 D model,the 2 D axisymmetric model can reflect the distribution of welding residual stress very well,and it can also improve the computational efficiency.The residual stress can be eliminate effectively after post weld heat treatment and the final residual stress level is hardly affected by PWHT during the welding process.The results show that lumped-pass method can both guarantee the accuracy and efficiency within a certain range.
