大小孔折流板与波纹管组合换热器的壳程传热与压力降数值模拟
Numerical Simulation of the Heat Transfer and Pressure Drop on the Shell-side of Heat Exchangers Constructed by LASH Baffles and Corrugated Tubes

【摘要】 大小孔折流板是北京化工大学开发的折流板,波纹管具有传热强化作用,已有研究表明由大小孔折流板和波纹管构建的换热器具有良好综合性能。本文采用Fluent流体分析软件对此结构换热器进行流体流动和传热数值模拟,重点探讨不同大小孔折流板结构和位置对换热器传热效率和压力降的影响。结果发现相比于有缺口折流板,无缺口折流板的壳程压力降和传热系数都显著提高;随着折流板大孔直径增加,壳程压力明显降低,但传热系数也有所降低;当大孔位于波纹管波峰处的壳程压力降明显小于位于波纹管波谷处的压力降,而传热系数却相差很小。
【Abstract】 Large and small hole or LASH baffle is a special baffle developed by Beijing University of Chemical Technology.Corrugated tube is very effective in heat transfer enhancement.Studies found that the heat exchangers constructed by LASH baffles and corrugated tubes have good comprehensive properties.In this paper,further numerical simulations were performed to investigate the effects of different structures and positions of the LASH baffles on the shell-side heat transfer and flow resistance in this special heat exchangers.Results show that compared with segmental baffles,the whole round baffles have remarkably higher flow resistance and heat transfer coefficients.With increasing the diameter of the large holes,the pressure drop on the shell-side drops significantly,but the heat transfer coefficients are also decreased in some extent.When the baffles are placed at the wave peaks of corrugated tubes,the pressure drop is quite less than that when placed at the wave valleys,but the heat transfer coefficients are almost the same for these two cases.
