薄壁圆柱壳轴压屈曲研究技术进展

【摘要】 薄壁圆柱壳结构广泛应用于土木、航天、化工和船舶等工程领域,在轴压作用下极易发生屈曲失稳。论文从理论分析、实验研究和数值模拟等方面,扼要介绍了薄壁圆柱壳轴压屈曲研究技术进展。总结了等壁厚和不同类型变壁厚圆柱壳轴压屈曲临界载荷求解方法的研究进展;介绍了几种典型的圆柱壳轴压屈曲试验平台,以及利用这些平台所进行的轴压屈曲实验研究;针对焊缝及焊接残余应力、开孔和补强、纵向加筋等对薄壁圆柱壳轴压屈曲的影响,介绍了数值模拟方法在圆柱壳轴压屈曲研究中的应用情况,总结了不同因素对薄壁圆柱壳轴压屈曲失稳的影响规律。

【Abstract】 Thin-walled cylindrical shells are widely used in civil engineering,aerospace,chemical and ship industries.They are easily to be subjected to buckling under axial compression.The paper briefly introduces research progress in buckling of thin-walled cylindrical shell under axial compression according to theoretical analysis,experimental research and numerical simulation.Critical buckling load solution progress of cylindrical shells with constant thickness and variable thickness under axial compression is summarized.Several typical test platforms and experimental researches for buckling of cylindrical shells under axial compression are introduced.According to the effects of welding seam and welding residual stress,opening and reinforcement,longitudinal stiffener on buckling of thin-walled cylindrical shells under axial compression,application of numerical simulation method on cylindrical shells’ buckling research is presented.Effects of different factors on the buckling behavior of thin-walled cylindrical shell under axial compression are summarized.
