高温下闸阀螺栓载荷变化规律研究

【摘要】 针对核工业中常见的高温闸阀中法兰螺栓垫片密封问题,搭建了相应的试验装置,并研究了特定预紧载荷、不同加载方案及不同温度下螺栓载荷变化情况。试验结果表明,基于ASME PCC-1与JIS B 2251优化加载方案常温预紧得到的螺栓载荷足量度与均匀性较为接近。采用烘箱进行指定温度外部加热,升温初期,各个螺栓载荷下降速度明显;到573K后,螺栓载荷下降速度减缓并趋于一致。升温到723K时,螺栓平均载荷下降至初始目标载荷的45%左右。研究指出高温下垫片性能的改变使螺栓载荷发生变化,继而影响法兰组密封性能。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the common high temperature sealing problems of gate valve middle flange in nuclear industry,a corresponding test apparatus was set up to observe the changes of bolt load under specific preload,different loading schemes and temperatures.The test results show that the sufficiency and uniformity of bolt load were relatively close based on ASME PCC-1 and JIS B 2251 optimized loading schemes.Using the oven to externally heat,the bolt load fell fast in the early stage.After 573 K,the bolt load dropped more slowly and tended to be consistent.When the temperature reached 723 K,the average bolt load dropped to approximately 45% of the initial target one.This study indicated that the change of performance of gasket in high temperature resulted in the change of the bolt load,and then affected the sealing performance of flange.
