铌对12Cr2Mo1R厚板组织和性能的影响

【摘要】 为了提高12Cr2Mo1R钢板的强度,考察了Nb对12Cr2Mo1R钢板的微观组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明:12Cr2Mo1R钢中添加Nb后,其强度和韧性都能够提高。Nb元素并不是添加越多越好,Nb元素的合理添加量为0.02%。12Cr2Mo1R钢中添加Nb元素后,其强度和韧性得到提升的机理是:在轧制过程中12Cr2Mo1R钢中的Nb以碳化铌的形式析出,细小的析出物在奥氏体晶界钉扎,阻止了奥氏体晶粒的长大。含Nb钢中细小的奥氏体晶粒是导致其强度和韧性提高的主要原因。

【Abstract】 In order to improve the strength of 12 Cr2 Mo1 R steel plate,Different Nb% were added to the 12 Cr2 Mo1 R steel plate,then the effect of Nb contents on the microstructure and property of12 Cr2 Mo1 R steel plate was studied.The results show that when Nb added in 12 Cr2 Mo1 R,the strength and toughness were improved.The reasonable amount of Nb content is 0.02%.The mechanism of Nb addition for the improvement of the strength and toughness of 12 Cr2 Mo1 R plate was that when plate was rolled the NbC were precipitated,the fine precipitate can pin in the grain boundary of the austenite to prevent the growth of the austenite,these fine austenite grains contribute for the better strength and toughness.
