基于腐蚀钢板表面形貌的三维逆向重建技术研究

【摘要】 借助三维形貌扫描仪得到腐蚀钢板表面形貌,并利用Geomagic Studio软件进行三维逆向重建,研究真实锈蚀表面下的冷弯薄壁C型钢的单调拉伸力学性能。研究表明:腐蚀钢板表面粗糙不平,应力分布不均匀,且应力最大的位置分布在腐蚀最深的区域;同时应力集中引起蚀坑周围过早形成微裂纹并逐渐发展,导致钢材强度和延性下降。基于腐蚀形貌的钢材力学性能数值分析方法可以准确预测锈蚀钢材力学性能退化及破坏模式。

【Abstract】 The surface morphology of corroded steel plate was obtained by the three-dimensional morphology scanner,and the three-dimensional reverse reconstruction was carried out by Geomagic Studio software.The monotonic tensile mechanical properties of the cold formed thin-walled C steel under the true corroded surface were studied.The results showed that the stress distribution was uneven due to rough surface,and the location of maximum stress was located in the area with the deepest corrosion.Stress concentration caused the formation of micro cracks around the pit and developed gradually,resulting in a decrease of strength and ductility of the steel.The numerical analysis method of mechanical properties of steel based on corrosion morphology can accurately predict the degradation and failure mode of mechanical properties of steel.
