稻壳基含铝MCM-41的快速制备及其铅吸附性能的研究

【摘要】 本文以稻壳为原料成功地合成了含铝的MCM-41,并通过搅拌手段有效降低了水热处理时间。对材料进行了小角XRD、氮气等温吸附脱附等表征检验,表明材料有着较高的有序度和较好的孔隙参数。作为水体中铅离子的吸附剂,通过增加硅骨架中铝离子的含量来提高其吸附能力,并与通过表面化学修饰技术进行铅离子吸附的手段进行了比较,该方法不仅吸附效果更好,而且制备工艺简单。对吸附过程进行了热力学分析,通过Langmuir和Freundlich等温吸附模型进行拟合,表明吸附过程极易发生,且吸附单元均匀地分布在吸附剂的表面,铅离子吸附能力可达424.04mg/g。
【Abstract】 Aluminum-containing MCM-41 was successfully synthesized using husk as raw materials and the hydrothermal duration was significantly shortened through continuous stirring.The as-synthesized sample was characterized by small-angle XRD and N2 adsorption,indicating the formation of ordered mesoporous structure and favorable parameters for adsorption.As an adsorbent for Pb2+ in aqueous solution,the adsorption capacity was effectively improved by introducing more amounts of alumina ions into silica skeleton.Pb2+ removal efficiency difference between high aluminum-content and chemical group functionalized MCM-41 was compared.It was oblivious that high aluminum-content MCM-41 had a higher adsorption capacity and more uncomplicated preparation process.The adsorption isotherms were studied using Langmuir and Freundlich isotherm models.The adsorption process was favorable and fitted Langmuir isotherm model better.All the adsorption sites was well dispersed in the surface of absorbent and the adsorption capacity was up to 424.04 mg/g.
