【Abstract】 Heat Balance model on C008 hot-dip galvanizing unit.According to the empirical method,the formula of the relationship between the structural parameters,operating parameters and production indexes of continuous hot galvanizing zinc pot was directly constructed by using regression method based on the production statistics in a steel mill C008 zinc pot of hot galvanizing unit.It provides theoretical basis for energy consumption evaluation and optimization operation of zinc pot and calculation of heat loss which is difficult to quantify in the heat balance of zinc pot.更多还原
