连续热镀锌锌锅热工特性的研究

【摘要】 针对某钢厂C008热镀锌机组的锌锅为研究对象,采用经验法,以生产统计数据为依据,采用回归法直接构建连续热镀锌锌锅结构参数、操作参数和生产指标之间的关系的经验式,为锌锅的能耗评价、优化操作以及锌锅热平衡中难以量化的散热损失的计算提供理论依据。
【Abstract】 Heat Balance model on C008 hot-dip galvanizing unit.According to the empirical method,the formula of the relationship between the structural parameters,operating parameters and production indexes of continuous hot galvanizing zinc pot was directly constructed by using regression method based on the production statistics in a steel mill C008 zinc pot of hot galvanizing unit.It provides theoretical basis for energy consumption evaluation and optimization operation of zinc pot and calculation of heat loss which is difficult to quantify in the heat balance of zinc pot.
