【摘要】 电力市场改革的继续深化,售电公司只有合理的度量自身战略风险,并采取相应措施控制风险以谋求公司良性发展。论文从市场风险、政策制度及安全风险以及公司经营管理风险三方面分析了售电公司的风险因素,构建了战略风险指标评价体系。建立了售电公司战略风险的模糊综合评价模型,利用基于熵权法对各层指标权重进行了修正,通过主观隶属度分析法得到各风险指标的风险隶属度,确定售电公司的战略风险等级。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the continuous deepening of power market reform, electricity retailers have to measure their own strategic risks reasonably and take corresponding measures to control risks in order to seek the benign development of the company. This paper analyzes the risk factors of power electricity retailers from the three aspects of market risk, policy system and security risk and company operation and management risk, and constructs the strategic risk index evaluation system. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of strategic risk of electricity retailers is established, and the weight of each layer of indicators is modified by entropy weight method, and the risk membership degree of each risk indicator is obtained by subjective membership analysis method, so as to determine the strategic risk grade electricity retailers.更多还原
