【摘要】 云南是国家发改委新电改第一批试点省份,经过4年多的不断迭代修改完善,昆明交易系统已经发展成为交易品种合理、功能相对完善、市场化程度高、结算高效的电力市场化交易平台,对扩大云南水电大规模消纳、促进云南省经济发展发挥了非常重要作用。本文结合昆明电力交易平台开发,阐述了系统建设的基本思路、设计理念、关键技术和突出特点,以期为我国正在广泛建设的电力交易平台建设提供参考与借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Yunnan is one of the first pilot provinces for the new electricity market reform approved by the National Development and Reform Commission(NDRC). After more than four years of continuous iteration modification, Kunming Electricity Trading Platform(KETP) has developed into a sophisticated system with reasonable trading varieties, relatively complete functions, high marketization and efficient settlement. It has played a very important role in promoting the large-scale consumption of hydro-power and the economic development of Yunnan. Around the development of KETP, this paper expounds basic ideas, design concepts, key technologies and outstanding features of its construction, in order to provide reference for the construction of electricity trading platforms which are being built widely in China recent years.更多还原
