铝材包覆用反应型湿固化聚氨酯热熔胶的研制及其应用

【摘要】 以结晶型聚酯二元醇、聚丙二醇、MDI为原料,制备了聚酯-聚醚混合型湿固化聚氨酯热熔胶,探讨了聚醚的加入对热熔胶开放时间、熔融黏度和初始黏接强度等性能的影响。聚醚的加入,使热熔胶的熔融黏度和剪切强度有所降低,固化胶膜的柔韧性有所提高,合适的聚醚添加量在40%以内。制备的湿固化聚氨酯热熔胶可以用于粘接铝板,并与国内市场性能较为优异的包覆用湿固化聚氨酯热熔胶进行比较得出:二者的综合性能相当,但所制备的热熔胶具有成本较低、黏度较小和开放时间可调的特点。
【Abstract】 The polyester-polyether mixed moisture curable polyurethane adhesive was prepared by using the crystalline polyester polyol glycol,polypropylene glycol and MDI as raw materials.The influence of the addition of the polyether on the performance of the hot melt adhesive such as the opening time,melting viscosity and initial bond strength and so on was discussed.With the addition of the polyether,the melting viscosity and the shear strength of the hot melt adhesive reduced,the flexibility of the cured film improved.The suitable adding amount of the polyether was less than 40%.Compared with the moisture curable polyurethane hot melt adhesive with excellent performance in the domestic market,it concluded that their comprehensive performance was equivalent,and the prepared hot melt adhesive possessed the advantages of low cost,low viscosity and adjustable opening time.
