高透明聚氨酯弹性体制备及其性能研究

【摘要】 以二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯(HMDI)、聚四亚甲基醚二醇(PTMG)、三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)、三官能度高相对分子质量聚醚(EP3600)为主要原料,通过二步法制备了聚氨酯弹性体。重点研究了PTMG相对分子质量及微交联剂EP3600用量对聚氨酯弹性体光学和机械性能的影响。结果表明,当PTMG的相对分子质量为1 000、EP3600用量为30%时,聚氨酯弹性体的透光率为92.5%,雾度为0.43%,邵A硬度为92,拉伸强度为30.7 MPa,断裂伸长率为305%,具有高透明、高强度特性。
【Abstract】 The polyurethane elastomers were prepared by the two-step method using the dicyclohexylmethane diisocyanate(HMDI),polytetramethylene ether glycol(PTMEG),trimethylolpropane(TMP)and trifunctionality high relative molecular mass polyether polyol(EP3600)as the main materials.The influence of the relative molecular mass of PTMEG and the crosslinking agent(EP3600)amount on the optical and mechanical performance was emphatically investigated.The results showed that,when the relative molecular mass of PTMEG was 1 000 and the EP3600 amount was 30%,the transmittance of the polyurethane elastomer was 92.5%,the haze was 0.43%,the shore A hardness was 92,the tensile strength was 30.7 MPa and elongation at break was 305%.Namely it possesses the characteristics of high transparency and high strength.
