【摘要】 目的:评价两种镍钛根管预备器械预备C形根管的牙本质移除和根管未预备面积余留情况。方法:采用高分辨Micro-CT扫描具有融合根的下颌磨牙,根据C形根管形态进行配对,随机分入两组,分别应用Reciproc Blue和XP-endo Shaper进行预备,术后进行二次扫描和图形配准,评价牙本质移除量和根管壁未预备面积。结果:两种预备器械预备C形根管均余留了高比例的未预备根管壁面积,在牙本质移除方面无显著差异,均未发生根管侧壁穿孔。结论:两种新型镍钛根管预备器械在C形根管预备方面都具有安全性,都未能完成所有根管壁清理和预备。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To assess the effect on instrumentation using two NiTi systems in C-shaped canals. Method: The mandibular molars were scanned by high resolution Micro-CT device. The samples were paired according to the 3D morphology of C-shaped canals. Each tooth in a pair was arranged into either group of Reciproc Blue and XP-endo Shaper. After instrumentation, the samples were scanned again. The volume of dentin removal and the area of untreated canal wall were assessed. Results: The two NiTi systems both remained high proportion untreated area. About the amount of dentine removal, there was no significant difference in these two systems. And any the perforation of canal wall was not observed. Conclusions: The two systems are of safety to instrument C-shaped canals. The two systems cannot touch all canal wall.更多还原
