【摘要】 目的:通过检测正常口腔黏膜、口腔扁平苔藓、口腔鳞状细胞癌组织水平的糖代谢中间产物,明确差异代谢物,以初步探索OLP炎性进展中的糖代谢异常。方法:采用HPLC-QQQ-MS技术在正常口腔黏膜、OLP、口腔鳞状细胞癌组织行糖代谢差异代谢物检测,确定差异代谢物。并绘制ROC曲线,对各代谢标志物临床诊断的准确性进行评估。结果:正常口腔黏膜、OLP和OSCC组织中糖代谢存在明显差异。OLP中差异代谢物LAC的水平较正常口腔黏膜升高(P<0.05),而OSCC中LAC、CIT、SUC、MAL的水平较OLP升高(P<0.05)。ROC曲线结果显示:(正常组与OLP组)LAC(AUC=0.892,P<0.0001)、(OLP组与OSCC组)LAC(AUC=0.855,P<0.0001)、CIT(AUC=0.715,P=0.012)、SUC(AUC=0.914,P<0.0001)、MAL(AUC=0.705,P=0.016)。结论:在OLP炎性进展中组织水平存在一组糖代谢代谢物的改变,这些差异代谢物可能参与了OLP的炎性进展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: We detected intermediatesin glucose metabolism at the tissue level of oral lichen planus, oral squamous cell carcinoma and normal oralmucosa to identify differential metabolites among groups and explore the abnormal glucosemetabolism in OLP progression. Materials: Samples were collected for HPLC-QQQ-MS to identify a set of differential metabolites and drew thereceiver operating characteristic curve(ROC) ofthe differential metabolites. The accuracy of eachmetabolic marker in clinical diagnosis was assessed. Results: There were significant differencesin glucose metabolism among normal tissues, OLP tissues and OSCC tissues.The level of LACin the OLP group was significantly higher than normal group(P <0.05). The levels of LAC, CIT, SUC and MAL in OSCC group were higher than those in OLP group. The differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).
