工业废水中丙酮和醋酸钠的分离与回收

【摘要】 近年来,环境污染问题成为制约经济发展和人们生活水平提高的主要障碍之一。合成双马来酰亚胺产生的工业废水中含有大量的丙酮和醋酸钠,严重污染水体环境。本文通过蒸馏和结晶的方法,分离回收工业废水中的丙酮和醋酸钠,以减少其对环境的污染,同时将回收的丙酮和醋酸钠用于再生产以提高经济效益。首先采用简单蒸馏法对丙酮和醋酸钠进行分离与回收,并采用单因素实验法探讨蒸馏温度、蒸馏时间、醋酸钠浓度等对丙酮回收率的影响,并通过正交试验优化分离条件。实验结果表明,蒸馏温度为90℃,蒸馏时间为50 min,丙酮和醋酸钠分离效果较好。其中,丙酮回收率为78.28%,纯度为95.81%;醋酸钠纯度为95.66%,回收率为66.82%。此方法可以应用于实际工业废水的处理中,有望降低双马来酰亚胺合成过程中的成本。
【Abstract】 In recent years, environmental pollution has become one of the main obstacles to economic development and the improvement of people’s living standards. The industrial wastewater produced by the synthesis of Bismaleimide contains a large amount of acetone and sodium acetate, which seriously pollute the water environment. In this paper, acetone and sodium acetate in industrial waste water are separated and recycled by distillation and crystallization to reduce the pollution to the environment. At the same time, the recycled acetone and sodium acetate are used in the reproduction to improve the economic benefits. First, simple distillation was used to separate and recover acetone and sodium acetate, and single factor experiments were used to investigate the effects of distillation temperature, distillation time, and sodium acetate concentration on the acetone recovery rate. The separation conditions were optimized through orthogonal experiments. The experimental results show that the distillation temperature is 90 °C and the distillation time is 50 min. The separation of acetone and sodium acetate is better. Among them, the recovery rate of acetone was 78.28%, the purity was 95.81%, the purity of sodium acetate was 95.66%, and the recovery rate was 66.82%. This method can be applied to thetreatment of industrial wastewater, and it is expected to reduce the cost of the process.
