半焦燃烧过程中NO生成特性的试验研究

【摘要】 通过立式管式炉燃烧试验装置,在O2/CO2燃烧气氛条件下,对半焦在不同温度及氧气体积分数燃烧NO生成特性进行分析。结果表明:燃烧气氛O2/CO2比O2/N2,更利于生成的减少;脱除部分挥发分的半焦在燃烧过程中,随着温度的升高,NO生成曲线各峰值降低,生成总量减少,燃烧所用总时间减少;半焦燃烧温度低于1100℃时,氧气体积分数对NO生成起主要作用,温度高于1100℃,温度对NO生成起主要作用;脱除部分挥发分后,可以减少在燃烧过程中NO生成。
【Abstract】 Through the vertical tube furnace combustion test equipment, the combustion of semi-coke were conducted in O2/CO2 atmosphere condition, with different oxygen volume fraction and temperature, and the characteristic of NO release were analyzed. The results show that the combustion atmosphere of O2/CO2 is more useful than O2/N2 to reduce the NO generated; Removing part volatile of semi-coke in combustion process, with the increase of temperature, the generation of NO curve of each peak decreases, reducing the the amount generated, burning the total time used to reduce;when semi-coke combustion temperature below 1100 ℃, the oxygen volume fraction on the NO generation plays a main role, temperature higher than 1100 ℃, the temperature plays a main role for the NO formation; After removing part of the volatile, can reduce NO generated in the combustion process.
