带钩波纹板式除雾器结构参数数值模拟优化研究

【摘要】 利用流体动力学计算软件对带钩波纹板式除雾器内的流场进行模拟。基于台山电厂改造项目参数,通过改变除雾器叶片的间距、中段钩片的弯折角度、波纹段长度及其上端钩片的弯折角度,在不同的运行负荷下对除雾器进行模拟计算。计算结果表明:除雾器叶片间距、波纹段长度与中段钩片的弯曲程度都会对其除雾效率与压降产生较明显的影响,在叶片间距为40 mm,波纹段长度为150 mm,中段钩片弯曲角度为95°,上段钩片弯曲角度为95°时,除雾器性能较优。在单通道模拟的基础上,对三通道板式除雾器进行了模拟,模拟结果表明:在三通道下除雾板间的压降大于单通道,除雾效率略低于单通道下的除雾效率。
【Abstract】 The fluid dynamics calculation software was used to simulate the flow field in the hooked corrugated plate mist eliminator in this paper. Based on the parameters of the Taishan power plant reconstruction project,the operating load was varied by changing the spacing of the defogger blades,the bending angle of the hooks in the middle of the demister,the length of the demister corrugation section,and the bending angle of the upper end of the demister. The simulation calculation was performed on the defogger. The calculation results showed that the demister blade pitch,the length of the demister corrugation section and the bending degree of the hook piece in the middle of the demister would have a significant influence on the defogging efficiency and pressure drop of the demister. When the blade spacing was 40 mm,the length of the corrugated section was 150 mm,the bending angle of the middle hook piece was 95°,and the bending angle of the upper hook piece was95°,the demisters had better performance. Based on the single-channel simulation,the three-channel plate demister was simulated. The simulation results showed that the pressure drop between the demister plates was larger than that of the single channel under the three channels,and the demisting efficiency was slightly lower than that under the single channel.
