基于温度限值分析钻孔单元布置

【摘要】 高放玻璃固化体采用地质处置,在地质处置安全评价中需要考虑玻璃固化体的释热影响。处置库近场的温度场分析是建立在确定的钻孔布置基础上。因此,设计了7种钻孔布置的组合,分析了特定温度限值对钻孔布置的影响。选择燃耗33GWd/tHM压水堆乏燃料处理产生的玻璃固化体释热功率为释热源项,处置容器为碳钢,缓冲材料为饱和膨润土,围岩为花岗岩;以单个竖直钻孔为概念模型,借助ansys平台建模并计算。通过对ansys计算的膨润土温度最大值进行分析,得出:在满足缓冲材料设计温度限值下,不同钻孔内废物布置对应的巷道间距和钻孔间距边界随着钻孔中废物的数目和废物间距的减小而沿着等温线梯度方向向外推移。综合考虑到处置库容量和开挖成本折中,5号、3号、4号是较为合适的钻孔单元选择。建议在实际工程设计中根据废物释热情况、巷道和钻孔开挖费用进行计算和设计。

【Abstract】 Entry space and borehole space have to been chosen in the simulation process of vitrified waste repertory thermal field.Therefore,it is designed to better analyze thermal field that analysis on entry spacing and borehole spacing versus disposition thermal field.In the study,vitrified waste with burn-up of 33 GWd/tHM generated from pressurized water reactor spent fuel was chosen to be disposal object,granite was selected to be disposal host rock,vertical borehole to be chosen.A 3D model was created to detected respective temperature near the waste.Through comparing and analyzing the temperature for different entry and borehole space,the temperature evolution regularity had been summarized,and then relation expression was developed on maximum temperature versus entry and borehole space.It was concluded that all temperature fluctuation had a quick climb and slower drop.The temperature in line with vitrified waste center height was always bigger than points at the same surface.There was a boundary to ensure temperature design limit.
