掺杂双金属氧化物对CDPF理化特性的影响
EFFECT OF DOPED BIMETAL OXIDE ON PHYSICAL AND CHEMICAL PROPERTIES OF CDPF

【摘要】 采用等体积浸渍法制备了掺杂不同双金属氧化物助剂的催化型颗粒物捕集器(CDPF)样品,通过X射线衍射、X射线光电子能谱技术对样品进行了表征,同时采用程序升温的方法对CDPF小样品进行活性评价。结果表明,掺杂CeO2+ZrO2的A2样品较掺杂Fe2O3+CeO2的A1样品、ZrO2+Fe2O3的A3样品晶胞参数最小,生成固溶体浓度最高,结晶度也最高。Fe-Ce双金属氧化物能够较好地促进Pt、Pd贵金属在载体表面的分散情况,并且能够更好地促进催化剂表面吸附氧浓度的提升,提高氧化活性。固溶体的生成可以提高氧空位浓度,但过高的氧空位浓度也会使得氧物种聚集,抑制气相反应物的吸附活化。较A2、A3样品,A1样品对CO、C3H8有更好的催化氧化效果,且其有更高的NO2产率。
【Abstract】 The samples of catalytic diesel particulate filter( CDPF) doped with different kinds of bimetal oxide promoters was prepared by equal volume impregnation method.The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,and the activity of CDPF was evaluated by temperature programmed method.The results showed that the A2 sample doped with CeO2+ZrO2 had the smallest unit cell parameters compared with A1 sample doped with Fe2O3+CeO2 and A3 sample of ZrO2+ Fe2O3,which had the highest solid solution concentration and the highest crystallinity.The Fe-Ce bimetal oxide could better promote the dispersion of Pt and Pd noble metals on the surface of the carrier,and could better promote the adsorption oxygen concentration on the catalyst surface and improve the oxidation activity.The formation of solid solution could increase the oxygen vacancy concentration,but the excessive oxygen vacancy concentration would also cause the oxygen species to aggregate and inhibit the adsorption and activation of the gas phase reactant.Compared with the A2 and A3 samples,the A1 sample doped with Fe2O3+CeO2 had better catalytic oxidation effect on CO and C3H8,and it had higher NO2 yield.
