废弃蟹壳资源化利用的研究进展

【摘要】 水产养殖业目前已成为我国农业的重要组成部分,但是伴随着蟹类养殖和加工业的快速发展,每年将产生大量废弃蟹壳。蟹壳附加值较低,长期以来被视为废弃物随意抛弃,由此造成了生物资源的极大浪费和沿海地区的环境污染。废弃蟹壳资源化是破解这一困局的唯一出路,不仅可以"变废为宝",提高蟹壳附加价值,而且可以促进蟹类养殖业的健康可持续发展。从蟹壳的化学组成、微观结构出发,研究了国内外废弃蟹壳的资源化利用技术,包括用于生产甲壳素及衍生物、提取色素、制备高分子材料、用作医药和催化剂等,并对资源化过程中可能存在的问题进行了剖析,提出未来的研究发展方向和建议。

【Abstract】 The aquaculture industry has now become an important part of Chinese agriculture, with rapid development of crab breeding and processing industry, lots of abandoned crab shells will be produced each year. The crab shells with low added value has long been considered as a waste disposal of waste, resulting in great waste of biological resources and environmental pollution in coastal areas. Disposing of crab shells is the only way to solve this dilemma. It can not only "turn waste into treasure",increase the added value of crab shells, but also promote the healthy and sustainable development of crab breeding industry. In this paper, based on the chemical composition and microstructure of crab shells, the resource utilization technology of abandoned crab shells was studied, including the production of chitin and derivatives, the extraction of pigments, the preparation of polymer materials, and the use as medicines and catalysts. It also analyzed possible problems in the process of resource utilization, and proposed future research directions and suggestions.
