邯钢7#高炉有害元素引起的炉况波动及处理

【摘要】 本文主要介绍,2017年1月底和10月初两次高炉由于配吃高碱、高锌烧结矿或球团矿,引起高炉出现的巨大炉况波动的处理过程,探索快速处理炉况异常的操作,希望为其它高炉企业提供借鉴和警戒。
【Abstract】 Dealing methods were introduced in this paper for abnormal operation due to smelting of high alkali and high zinc iron ores for 7# blast furnace of Hangang Steel during January and October in 2017,hoping to offer reference and alert for other furnace with similar situation.
