CSNS通用粉末衍射仪工程样机数据获取软件的研制与改进

【摘要】 本文介绍了中国散裂中子源通用粉末衍射仪工程样机的数据获取软件研制,以及根据历次中子实验结果对软件进行的改进、优化及功能扩充。根据探测器及电子学的最新设计,工程样机系统的数据获取软件核心代码从LabVIEW变更为C++,数据传输采用SiTCP千兆网络读出方式,增加了通道一致性配置功能,开发了阈值设置软件,并编写了通道统计分析软件对获取的数据进行离线分析。新版数据获取软件与探测器、电子学联合进行了多次中子实验,结果表明,数据获取软件工作稳定可靠,满足工程样机需求。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces the development of data acquisition software(DAQ) for the engineering prototype of China Spallation Neutron Source(CSNS) General Purpose Powder Diffraction Spectrometer(GPPD), as well as its improvement, optimization and function expansion according to new experimental results. According to the latest design of detector and electronics system, core code of DAQ software was rewritten from LabVIEW to C++. Data from front-end electronics was read via SiTCP Gigabit Network. More functions were added to the DAQ software, such as channel configuration, threshold setting, and channel statistic software for offline analysis. The new DAQ software was used in the joint neutron experiment with detector and electronics system. The results show that the software is stable and reliable, meets the requirements of the engineering prototype.
