【摘要】 为了满足二维位置灵敏闪烁体探测器的生产品质要求,确保成像性能,需要对探测器各个像素通道进行增益标定和刻度匹配,为此设计开发了基于激光光源的二维平面光学自动检测平台。平台由激光调制模块、机械扫描模块、基于QDC插件的数据获取模块、以及通用型实验控制软件组成。激光器产生的光束经过衰减调制,由光纤引出至机械移动平台的准直器,投影到待测组件上。通过求解坐标转化方程换算出投影到待测组件上的坐标,即可精确控制移动平台对探测器各个通道依次扫描。模拟信号由DAQ模块采样处理,整个测试过程中所有设备控制由实验控制软件协调调配。结果表明:检测平台检测速度快,运行稳定,测量精度高,能够准确的刻度PMT元件各个通道的增益差异,为组装匹配和电子学调式提供数据支持。

【Abstract】 In order to meet the two-dimensional position sensitive scintillation detectors production quality requirements to ensure that imaging performance, it needsto calibrategain scale and match graduationfor each pixel of the detector channel,for designing a twodimensional planar optical automatic detection platformbased onthe laser light source.Platform consists of a laser modulation module, mechanical scanning module, based on data QDC widget obtaining module, as well as general-purpose experimental control software.The laser beam generated through attenuation modulation, drawn from the optical fiber to the collimator installed in mechanical mobile platform, projected onto the component under test.By solving the equation of the coordinate conversion to get coordinate of projecting into the test component, it can precisely control the mobile platform to sequentially scaneach channelof the detector.The analog signal process byDAQ module,and the whole testing process, coordinated by the experimental control software.The results show that the detection platform detect fast, operate stable, high accuracy, can accurately scale the difference gainsof each channel for PMT, to provide data support for electronics test and assembly matching.
