核反应堆用宽量程微小电流测量仪的研制

【摘要】 针对反应堆用电离室产生的电流信号非常微弱,且动态范围宽的特点,设计了基于STM32微处理器和DDC112采集芯片的电离室微电流测量电路,在理论上可以实现10-17~10-4A范围内微弱电流的测量。利用STM32作为核心控制电路,采用双通道小电流采集芯片DDC112来实现小电流采集并转换为20位数字信号,再通过网络接口芯片把数据发送给远程计算机,实现电流数据的实时读出、显示和存储。
【Abstract】 For the output current signal of ionization chamber is very weak and the current range is wide, the measuring circuit of wide range weak current for ionization chamber is designed based on the STM32 series microcontroller and the DDC112 acquisition circuit to realize the measuring of 10-17~10-4 Aweak current in theory. The STM32 series microcontroller is used as the core control unit, and a dual channel weak current acquisition chip DDC112 is used to collect weak current and to provide 20 bits digital output data. The measurement data are sent to a computer through the network interface chip to display and store the data in real time.
