ADS加速器注入器Ⅰ远程磁铁电源控制系统的硬件设计及实现

【摘要】 ADS注入器Ⅰ磁铁电源远程控制系统主要由基于FPGA的远程采集控制模块和基于CSS的控制管理模块组成。本文主要针对该系统硬件进行介绍,该系统以Altera公司的Cyclone-Ⅱ FPGA为核心控制器,通过安捷伦公司的AFBR-5803ATZ光纤收发器进行数据传输。本文将重点对信号接收调理卡的电平转换电路、电阻匹配电路、告警信号电路进行详细的设计说明,最后给出该系统在ADS加速器注入器Ⅰ中的使用情况。
【Abstract】 The remote magnet power supply control system of the C-ADS injector Ⅰ is mainly composed by a remote acquisition and control module(based on a FPGA system) and a control management module based on CSS composition. In this paper, the system hardware is introduced. The system use Altera Company’s FPGA Cyclone-Ⅱ as the core controller, use the Agilent Co’s AFBR-5803 ATZ optical transceiver as the data transmission medium. We will also focus on the signal conditioning card, and detailly describe the design process of the conversion circuit between LVTTL and LVPECL, resistance matching circuit and alarm circuit. In the end, we will present the situation of the last two years used in ADS accelerator injector Ⅰ.
