基于HJ-1A CCD数据的湖泊水质叶绿素a浓度反演——以贵阳市百花湖为例

【摘要】 为及时、快速地获取百花湖叶绿素a浓度情况,形成可操作性的水质遥感监测技术。结合HJ-1A卫星数据与实测光谱数据,建立百花湖叶绿素a的遥感反演模型。结果表明:(1)第1波段和第2波段比值(B2/B1)与叶绿素a浓度的相关性最好,相关系数(R~2)为0.84。(2)利用波段比值构建的回归模型具有不错的反演效果,模型决定系数(R2)为0.87,平均相对误差(MAPE)为13%,均方根误差(RMSE)为4.32mg/m3:(3)百花湖叶绿素a浓度湖岸高于湖心、分布趋势自北向南逐渐增加。营养状态指数空间分布主要呈富营养化状态,富营养状态区域占全湖面积的85%,中营养状态区域仅占全湖面积的15%,叶绿素a反演及富营养化评价结果与实际分析情况相符。表明了HJ-1ACCD数据可用于百花湖水质参数的遥感监测。

【Abstract】 In order to obtain the concentration of chlorophyll-a in Baihua Lake timely and quickly,an operable water quality remote sensing monitoring technology was formed.The remote sensing inversion model of chlorophyll-a based on the HJ-1 A satellite data and measured spectral data was established in Baihua lake,The results showed mat:(1) the correlation between the first band and second band ratio(B2/B1) and chlorophyll-a measured spectral data,the remote sensing inversion model of chlorophyll-a was established in Baihua Lake.The concentration was the best,and the correlation coefficient(R~2) was 0.84.(2) the regression model constructed by band ratio has a good inversion effect and the model determination coefficient(R~2) is 0.87,the average relative error(MAPE) is 13%,the root mean square error(RMSE) is 4.32 mg/m3;(3) the concentration of chlorophyll a in the Baihua Lake is higher than the lake center,and the distribution trend is gradually increasing from north to south.The spatial distribution of nutritional status index is mainly eutrophic,the eutrophic region accounts for 85%of the total Lake area,and the middle nutrition state only accounts for 13%of the total Lake area.The results of chlorophyll a inversion and eutrophication evaluation coincide with the actual analysis.It shows that HJ-IACCD data can be used for remote sensing monitoring of water quality parameters in Baihua Lake.
