法兰攻丝高强度螺栓连接抗拉性能研究

【摘要】 某装配式结构体系采用了一种新型的高强度螺栓连接方式,在被连接板件的螺孔内攻丝来代替高强螺母。本文对这种连接的抗拉性能进行了试验研究和有限元分析,并将试验和分析结果进行了对比,验证了有限元模型的准确性和适用性,最后在此基础上对这种连接的抗拉性能进行了理论分析和讨论。经研究,明确了这种连接抗拉的三个受力阶段:压紧缝隙阶段、弹性受力阶段和弹塑性受力阶段,并发现最终连接的破坏发生在攻丝板的内螺纹处;推导出了该连接的内螺纹弹性抗剪承载力和内螺纹极限抗剪承载力的计算式,并确定了内螺纹弹性抗剪强度和内螺纹极限抗剪强度这两个参数的取值;最后,对该连接中攻丝板的受力性能做出了规定,并由此计算出了与7种常规高强度螺栓匹配的攻丝板的最小厚度。

【Abstract】 A new type of high strength bolt connection is used in a prefabricated structural system,this type of connection uses a tapping steel plate to replace the high strength nut.In this paper,experimental research and finite element analysis were conducted to study the tensile properties of this type of connection.And the result of experimental research and finite element analysis were compared to verify the accuracy and applicability of the finite element model.Then,theoretical analysis and discussion about the tensile properties of this connection were conducted.Finally,we discovered the three phases of this type of connection when axial tension is on:pressing gap phase,elastic phase and elastoplastic phase.Found that the destruction this connection occurred in the internal thread of the tapping plate,deduced formulas for the elastic shear bearing capacity and ultimate shear bearing capacity of the internal thread.And determined the value of elastic shear strength and ultimate shear strength of the internal thread.Finally,claimed the mechanical properties for tapping board,and calculated the minimum thickness of the tapping plate.
