旋转钢结构楼梯的动力特性研究

【摘要】 通过对钢结构楼梯进行动力特性研究来解决部分杆件共振的问题,利用脉动法和激振法对楼梯进行动力特性的检测,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件进行三维建模进行辅助分析。通过对比旋转钢楼梯结构的频率、周期及振型的现场实测结果与有限元软件分析结果,得出拉杆1,2的刚度不足,其自振频率接近人行频率,共振现象较明显。加大拉杆1,2的截面直径,调整为φ50圆钢,避开共振区,刚度增加明显。
【Abstract】 To solve the problems in the dynamic characteristics of steel staircases,using the pulsation method and the excitation method to detect the dynamic characteristics of the stairs and combining the ANSYS finite element analysis software to carry out three-dimensional model for auxiliary analysis.By comparing the measured natural frequency,period,vibration mode with finite element software analysis,the natural vibration frequency,period and vibration mode are compared.The stiffness of the tie rods 1,2 is insufficient,and the natural vibration frequency is closed to the pedestrian frequency,and the resonance phenomenon is obvious.Increasing the cross-sectional diameter of the tie rods 1,2-adjusting to φ50 round steel to avoid the resonance zone,and the stiffness increased is significant.
