BIM技术在装配式建筑建造阶段的应用研究
STUDY ON APPLICATION OF BIM TECHNOLOGY IN THE STAGE OF PREFABRICATED BUILDING CONSTRUCTION

【摘要】 装配式建筑在环保、节能与提升建筑质量等方面具有突出优势,但其建造成本高且施工技术要求高。本文从设计、生产运输、施工三个阶段,分析了BIM技术在装配式建筑中的应用。结果表明,BIM技术具有提高预制构件的生产安装精度,减少返工,节省工期及成本等优势。通过实例归纳出BIM技术在装配式建筑建造过程中的应用价值,实现了基于BIM技术的装配式工程精细化管理,为企业发展提供了新思路。
【Abstract】 Prefabricated buildings have outstanding advantages in terms of environmental protection,energy saving and improvement of building quality,but their construction costs and construction technology requirements are high.This paper analyzes the application of BIM technology in prefabricated buildings from three stages:design,production and transportation and construction.The results show that BIM technology has the advantages of improving the production and installation accuracy of prefabricated components,reducing rework,saving time and cost.The application value of BIM technology in the process of prefabricated building construction is summarized by examples,and the refined management of assembly engineering based on BIM technology is realized,which provides new ideas for enterprise development.
