输电铁塔杆件表面镀层力学性能研究
THE RESEARCH ON MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF SURFACE COATING OF THE BAR USED ON POWER TRANSMISSION TOWER

【摘要】 选取新建及已建输电线路铁塔杆件试样,主要通过纳米压痕试验测量输电铁塔杆件表面镀层的弹性模量及硬度等基本力学性能指标,试验结果表明,新建及已建输电线路铁塔杆件试样表面镀层的弹性模量及硬度值分别约为77.5,90.9,0.86,0.88 GPa,两者弹性模量及硬度值基本一致。
【Abstract】 Sample of tower bar installed on newly and already built power transmission line is chosen to be used in nano indentation test to measure its basic mechanical properties,such as the elastic modulus and hardness of surface coating of the transmission tower bar.Then the basic mechanical properties of this sample are acquired.The experimental results show that the values of sample’s elastic modulus and hardness including newly and already built power transmission line are about 77.5,90.9 GPa and 0.86,0.88 GPa,respectively.It verifies that the elastic moclulus and hardness of newly and already built power are almost the same.
