热带海洋大气环境混凝土包裹钢筋腐蚀行为对比研究

【摘要】 通过泰国现场暴露实验,得到碳钢和低合金钢筋的腐蚀失重速率、宏微形貌,利用XRD分析腐蚀产物膜成分,采用3D形貌对去腐蚀产物后的基体表面进行微观分析。结果表明:热带海洋大气环境中低合金钢筋的腐蚀速率低于碳钢钢筋,其耐蚀性显著提升;两种钢筋的腐蚀类型都表现为不均匀的全面腐蚀,钢基体存在一定深度的蚀坑;随腐蚀时间的延长,两种钢筋表面的腐蚀产物逐渐增多,平均腐蚀深度加深;两种钢筋的腐蚀产物均由α-Fe OOH、γ-FeOOH、Fe2O3及Fe3O4组成,其中,低合金钢筋腐蚀产物中α-FeOOH的含量相对较多。

【Abstract】 By Thailand site exposure experiments,combining with the corrosion weight loss rate of corrosion morphology of macro micro analysis and XRD to tropical Marine atmospheric carbon steel and low alloy steel corrosion in concrete environment behavior compares the research results show that the tropical Marine atmospheric environment of low alloy steel bar concrete corrosion rate significantly lower than the carbon steel bar,the relative corrosion performance significantly increased;Both types of reinforcement are comprehensively corroded,with obvious local pitting pits on the corrosion surface.With the extension of corrosion time,the coverage of corrosion products gradually increases,the thickness of corrosion products increases,and the average pitting depth deepens.The two kinds of corrosion products are similar in composition,both of which are composed ofα-Fe OOH?γ-Fe OOH?Fe2O3 and Fe3O4.In the corrosion products of low-alloy steel,sheer-feooh is more abundant,and the corrosion products are compact in layer,with low corrosion rate.
