电弧喷涂锌铝稀土合金涂层在盐雾环境中的耐腐蚀性能

【摘要】 热喷涂锌涂层由于种种不足逐渐被淘汰,随之而来的是热喷锌铝稀土合金涂层得到了越来越多的关注。通过酸性盐雾试验,并结合SEM、XRD等手段研究了热喷锌铝稀土合金涂层在海洋环境下的耐腐蚀性能。结果表明,锌铝稀土合金涂层组织均匀、涂层致密,涂层与基体之间结合良好;涂层孔隙率低,涂层中氧化物杂质甚少。盐雾试验后腐蚀产物主要由Zn5(OH)8Cl2H2O、Zn0.71Al0.29(OH)2(CO3)0.145x H2O及ZnO·Al2O3组成。由于Al2O3生成使涂层自封能力提高,涂层界面阻值增大,从而进一步提高其对基体的保护性。
【Abstract】 Zn coating prepared by arc spraying technology was being phased out due to their many defects.While the zinc aluminum rare earth coatings get more attention.In this paper,the zinc aluminum rare earth coatings were prepared by electric arc spraying,and their corrosion behavior was studied with salt spray test.The characteristics of the coatings before and after corrosion were investigated by energy dispersive spectrometry(EDS),X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM).It is shown that the coatings have outstanding self-sealing effectiveness,and their structures are compact.After the salt spray,the corrosion product layer covered on the zinc aluminum rare earth coatings,and the main corrosion products consisted of Zn5(OH)8Cl2H2O,Zn0.71Al0.29(OH)2(CO3)0.145xH2O and ZnO·Al2O3.
