动态制冰系统过冷解除装置的开发与性能测试
Development and Performance Test of Supercoolilng Releasing Device in Dynamic Ice Making System

【摘要】 本文根据过冷水法动态制冰技术中过冷却器极易发生冰堵的技术难题,设计并搭建了一套过冷水法动态制冰系统,开发出螺旋叶片式与刮片式模块化过冷解除装置,有效缓解动态制冰系统的冰堵现象。我们使用氯化钠作为制冰溶液添加剂,实验得出:动态制冰系统分别安装螺旋叶片式过冷解除装置与刮片式过冷解除装置可获得最大含冰率分别为9.1%与9.5%,且刮片式过冷解除装置具有显著性能优势。
【Abstract】 According to the technical problem that ice blockage is easy to occur in the subcooler in dynamic ice making technology,in this paper,a dynamic ice making system based on supercooled water is designed and constructed,and develop the spiral vane type and scraper type modular undercooling device which can effectively alleviate ice blockage in dynamic ice making system.We use sodium chloride as additive of ice making solution,the experiment result:The maximum ice content in the dynamic ice making system was 9.1%and 9.5%,respectively,when me spiral vane type and scraper type were installed respectively,and the scratch-type undercooling relief device has significant performance advantages.
