赤泥基地聚合物固化/稳定重金属铬离子作用机理研究

【摘要】 以铬渣中可溶性铬离子的价态、含量及其存在形式为依据,采用可溶性铬离子掺量放大的方式单掺和复掺相应的铬化合物,得出CrCl3、Cr2O3、Na2CrO4、CaCr2O7和混合铬离子的掺入随掺量的不同对赤泥基地聚合物力学性能的影响也不同,整体呈现增强的作用。经重金属浸出毒性实验得出,CrCl3、Cr2O3、Na2CrO4和混合铬离子在赤泥基地聚合物中均能得到很好地固化,总铬和六价铬浸出浓度均低于国标GB5085.3-2007中对重金属铬浸出浓度的限制(总铬<15mg/L,六价铬<5mg/L),固化率均在99%以上。同时对重金属铬离子固化体进行XRD、SEM-EDS、FTIR和BET等测试分析,结果表明赤泥基地聚合物对重金属铬离子的固化机制主要依靠C-(A)-S-H凝胶的物理吸附、地聚合物凝胶网络骨架中铝氧四面体与铬离子的化学键合、地聚合物微粒以铬离子为成核位置逐渐晶化长大将其包裹、C-(A)-S-H凝胶和地聚合物微粒共存结构的双重固化。

【Abstract】 Based on the valence,content and forms of soluble chromium ions in chromium residue,the corresponding chromium compounds were doped and compounded with the soluble chromium ion content amplification method to obtain CrCl3, Cr2 O3,Na2 CrO4, CaCr2 O7 and mixed chromium.The effect of ion incorporation on the mechanical properties of the red mud base polymer varies with the addition amount,and the overall enhancement effect is exhibited.The experimental results of heavy metal leaching toxicity show that CrCl3,Cr2 O3,Na2 CrO4 and mixed chromium ions can be well solidified in the red mud base polymer,and the total chromium and hexavaleni chromium leaching concentrations are lower than the national standard GB5085.3-2007.Limitation of chromium leaching concentration of heavy netals(total chromium<15 mg/L,hexavalent chromium<5 mg/L),the curing rate is above 99%.At the same time,XRD,SEM-EDS,FTIR and BET were used to analyze the heavy metal chromium ion solidified body.The results showed that the solidification mechanism of the heavy netal chromium ion in the red mud base polymer mainly depended on the physical adsorption of C-(A)-S-H gel.The chemical bonding of aluminoxy tetrahedron with chromiumions in the framework of geopolymeric gel network,microencapsulation of ground microparticles with chromium ions as their nucleation sites,wrapping,C-(A)-S-H gel and ground polymerization Double solidification of coexisting structures of particles.
