不同掺量生石灰+熟石灰+碳酸钠激发矿渣砂浆力学性能及自收缩研究

【摘要】 采用生石灰+熟石灰+碳酸钠(摩尔比0.5:0.5:1)为激发剂获得碱矿渣胶凝材料。测试浆体的表观孔溶液pH值和凝结时间以及砂浆的力学性能、流动度和自收缩,采用XRD、TG-DSC、MIP、ESEM-EDS微观测试方法对水化产物的种类、数量、结构、形貌以及孔结构进行研究,揭示水化机理。研究表明,任一龄期时,激发剂掺量(NaOH生成量为4%、5%、6%、7%)越大,表观孔溶液pH值越大。高表观孔溶液pH值使得浆体凝结时间缩短,砂浆流动度经时损失速率增大。各组均有大量方解石水化产物生成。NaOH生成量为5%的CCHNC5组的孔结构最好、水化产物晶体和胶体比例合理,这使其抗压强度最高且自收缩最低。

【Abstract】 Alkali-activated slag cementitious material was obtained by using quick lime,slaked lime and sodium carbonate(molar ratio 0.5:0.5:1)as activators.The pH value of the apparent pore solution and setting time of the alkali-activated slag paste,and the mechanical properties,fluidity and autogenous shrinkage of the alkali-activated slag mortar were measured.The XRD,TG-DSC,MIP and ESEM-EDS were used to study the species,quantity,structure,morphology of the hydration products and their pore structure,and the hydration mechanism was revealed.The study shows that,with the increase of activator amount(namely the ratio of NaOH produced to binder was 4%,5%,6% and 7%),the pH value of the apparent pore solution increases for the same curing age.The higher pH value of apparent pore solution results in shorter setting time of paste and the larger loss rate of fluidity of mortar.A large amount of calcite were produced in each group.The CCHNC5 with produced NaOH of 5% has the best pore structure and reasonable ratio of crystal to colloid,and has highest compressive strength and the lowest autogeneous shrinkage.
