超薄碱铝硅酸盐玻璃发展概况与展望

【摘要】 本文结合触控屏所需的高强型盖板保护玻璃产业发展历程,重点讲述了可化学增强碱铝硅酸盐玻璃品种,以溢流和浮法超薄成形工艺为基础,论述了玻璃化学组成特点及变化趋势、离子交换工艺变化,提出了以A1203含量进行产品分类的标准,定义了低铝玻璃、中铝玻璃、高铝玻璃、超高铝玻璃四个品种。分别讨论了国内外不同生产企业和科研机构在碱铝硅酸盐玻璃所做相关研发工作,对产品的开发和应用方向进行了展望,为广大科研工作者和产业发展提供借鉴。
【Abstract】 This paper focused on the varieties of alkali alumina silicate glass according to the development of high streneth cover glass which is used in touch screen industry.On the basis of overflow and float forming processes,the development of chemical composition and ion exchange process were discussed.Meanwhile,the standard of classification of alkali alumina silicate glass was put forward,which is determined by the content of Al2 O3,there are four types,including low alumina glass,middle alumina glass,high alumina glass and ultra-high alumina glass.The relevant researches on product of alkali alumina silicate glass at home and abroad were summarized.Application prospect and the orientation for product were provided,which can offer reference for researchers and industry to do further work.
