【摘要】 芍药是我国传统花卉,有丰富的品种资源,其中不乏适宜做切花的品种。筛选切花品种,瓶插寿命是关键指标之一,瓶插寿命是否与品种间的亲缘相关,目前尚无报道,而探究二者的关系对芍药切花品种筛选和培育有重要意义。本文在测定35个具有切花潜力的芍药品种瓶插寿命的基础上,以形态指标进行聚类分析,确定品种间的亲缘关系,并分析瓶插寿命与亲缘关系间的关系。结果显示,35个芍药品种可分为4个亲缘组群,第一组群包括10个品种,第二组群包括11个品种,第三组群包括12个品种,第四组群包括2个品种,第五组群包括8个品种。35个品种瓶插寿命从4.8～12.3天不等,但是与品种间亲缘关系无显著相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 As one of traditional flowers,cultivars of Paeonia lactiflora are abundant in China,and vase-life is an important index for the selection of cut flowers.Whether the vase life is related to the relationship between the cultivars,there is no report.Exploring the relationship between the two is important for the selection and cultivation of the peony cut flowers.In this paper,35 pcony cultivars with cut flower potential were observed and measured by morphological index survey and put in vases with water.The genetic relationship between the cultivars was analyzed by cluster analysis and correlation between the vase life and the relationship was analyzed.The results showed that 35 kinds of cultivars could be divided into four groups.The four group were consisted of 10,11,12 and 2 varieties separately.The vase life varied from 4.8 to 12.3 days,but had no significant correlation with relationship.更多还原
