高温胁迫下‘月月粉’月季的生理生化响应

【摘要】 以2年生月季’月月粉’月季为实验材料,在人工模拟高温胁迫条件下,对月季’月月粉’进行高温处理,通过Loigistic方程测定’月月粉’月季的半致死温度。综合半致死温度,在高温胁迫下测定处理不同时间段的相对电导率、叶绿素含量、丙二醛含量、可溶性糖含量、脯氨酸含量、超氧化物歧化酶活性变化情况。结果表明,在45℃的高温胁迫下,电导率呈现缓慢上升趋势,丙二醛含量、可溶性糖含量、SOD活性均呈先上升后下降的趋势,叶绿素含量呈下降趋势,且丙二醛含量、可溶性糖含量、SOD活性均在12h达到最大值。经过对各项指标进行方差分析,高温下不同处理时间段的各项指标其P值均小于0.05,差异显著。可以初步判断各项指标参与了’月月粉’的高温响应,可用来判断’月月粉’月季的耐热性。

【Abstract】 Using the Rosa chinensis ’ Old Blush’ Chinese Rose as the experimental material,the Rosa chinensis’ Old Blush’ was subjected to high temperature treatment under simulated artificial high temperature stress conditions.The semi-lethal temperature of the Rosa chinensis ’ Old Blush’ was determined by Logistic equation.The comprehensive semilethal temperature was used to determine the relative electrical conductivity,chlorophyll content,malondialdehyde content,soluble sugar content,proline content and superoxide dismutase(SOD) changes at different periods of time under high temperature stress.Experiments show that under the high temperature stress of 45℃,the conductivity shows a slowly rising trend,malondialdehyde,soluble sugar,and SOD increase first and then decrease,the conductivity showed a slowly increasing trend,with malondialdehyde,soluble sugar,and SOD showing a trend of increasing first and then decreasing.Chlorophyll showed a downward trend,and malondialdehyde,soluble sugar,and SOD activity all reached a maximum at 12 hours.After analyzing the variance of each index,the P values of the indicators in different treatment time periods under high temperature were all less than 0.05,and the differences were significant It can be initially determined that each indicator participates in the high-temperature response of ’ Old Blush’ and can be initially used to determine the heated-resistance of the Rose ’Old Blush’.
