大叶榉幼苗对干旱胁迫的生理响应

【摘要】 为了研究大叶榉对干旱胁迫的生理响应及各生理指标与其抗旱性的关系,同时筛选适合评价大叶榉的抗旱性生理指标及结合模糊隶属函数法和主成分分析法对大叶榉的抗旱性进行综合评价。以大叶榉一年生嫁接苗为供试材料,用温室盆栽控水的方式模拟人工干旱胁迫环境设置轻度(SD)、中度(MD)和重度(HD)干旱胁迫3个处理以及自然(ND)干旱胁迫处理,并分期取各处理叶片测定生理指标。结果表明:①随着干旱胁迫程度的加剧和干旱胁迫时间的延长,大叶榉的Rec、MDA含量和WSD呈持续上升趋势;大叶榉的POD活性、SOD活性和Chl含量随着干旱胁迫程度的加深,呈现先上升后下降的’抛物线’趋势;SS含量在SD和MD处理下呈持续上升的趋势,而在HD和ND处理下则呈先上升后下降的变化趋势;游离Pro在SD、MD和HD处理都星不断上升的趋势,而在ND处理表现出先上升后下降的变化趋势;②Rec、MDA含量、WSD和Chl含量这4个生理指标与大叶榉的抗旱性密切相关,可以作为大叶榉抗旱性评价指标;③通过对大叶榉的8项抗旱生理指标的隶属函数值进行计算,以及相关性分析和主成分分析结果对各指标进行合成的综合指数表明:大叶榉(0.51)属于中等抗旱树种。
【Abstract】 In order to probe the response mechanism of Zelkova schneideriana to drought stress,to screen suitable physiological indicators for evaluating drought tolerance at Zelkova schneideriana,and combined with the membership function,the correlation analysis and principal component analysis to evaluate drought tolerance of Zelkova schneideriana.This thesis selected the annual grafted seedlings of Zelkova schneideriana as experimental material,by using pot water control experiment,and artificially simulating Slight Drought,Middle Drought,Hight Drought,Natural Drought During the experiment,the physiological indicators of the experimental materials were measured.The results showed that with the intensification of drought stress and the persistence of stress time,the Rec,MDA content and WSD of the Zelkova schneideriana show a continuous upward trend,the activities of POD and SOD,Chl constent show increased as the ’parabola’ trend,the content of SS show a continuous upward trend under SD and MD stresses,but show increased as the ’ parabola’ trend under HD and ND stresses,the content of Pro show a continuous upward trend under SD,MD and HD stresses,but show increased as the ’ parabola’ trend under ND stress.Four evaluation indexes that can be used as the drought tolerance of Zelkova schneideriana were found,including Rec,MDA content,WSD and Chl content All analysis results indicted that The drought tolerance oi Zelkova schneideriana(0.51) is medium drought-resistant tree species.
